Mission Statement
The medical definition of wellness is “the condition of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and habits”. It is also defined as being focused on “preventing illness and prolonging life as opposed to placing the focus on the treatment of disease” only. Wellness can also be associated with “wholeness,” a healthy balance between a person’s mind, body and spirit, becoming the truest version of yourself and achieving all that your heart desires while still functioning in the modern world. It has been the Hypnotherapy and Wellness mission since 2010 to bring all of the above to you!
